Welcome to Farm88. These Terms govern your use of the Farm88 mobile application ("the App"), which helps backpackers find farm work in Australia and track the 88 days required for the second-year Working Holiday Visa.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Farm88. The App is intended for lawful use related to the Australian Working Holiday Visa program.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
When you submit reviews, reports or working-day entries, you grant Farm88 a non-exclusive license to display that content in the App. You agree not to submit false, defamatory, or illegal content.
Farm listings are aggregated from public sources (including Workforce Australia) and user contributions. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any farm is hiring, safe, or legitimate. Always verify details directly with the employer.
Farm88's 88-day tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It is NOT an official government record. The Australian Department of Home Affairs is the sole authority on visa eligibility.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Farm88 is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, farm work arranged through listings, or reliance on information shown.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This removes your personal data, reviews, and visa log entries permanently.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
